Has anybody deposited with a Credit Card or Gift Card to Bodog and withdrawn? I see that you have to send a photocopy of your driver's license, credit card, and signature before you can withdraw. This makes me nervous. What do you think?

It's no problem to provide what they need. Many sportsbooks now require this to process payouts. Even one I was at for 5 years and had gotten payouts from without ID eventually made me provide it.
I last had to fax my ID in 1997 to a brand new book and they sent my money immediately via WU. So no never had any bad experience... but then again a lot could change in 10 years.
I have never and will never send my ID and I make sure that it will not be a issue before sending the money. Had a bad falling out with Mansion over the issue.
Or any other method except a credit card. You always have to send govt ID if you deposit with a CC.
Some books require it on wd regardless of how you deposit. Won't mention any names but if you ever vacation in Montego Bay you may find some dude using your name
