Well, he does own the U.S. in the Ryder Cup. But I agree he has been a big dissappointment in majors, although he is still relatively young.

very disappointing by Ernie--first missed cut in a major since '99. Last yr was a right off for him with the injury/surgery. High expectations for '07, to no avail.

Sergio, just can't putt to save his life. Except of course when it's Ryder Cup time, then he can't miss :lol:

who really gives two shits about golf? Is it because it might be the only sport left where they don't use steriods? lol..I heard Tigers head grew an inch, and his shoe size 1 nd 1/2 size also......lol golf....get a real sport....

Yes at +10 he had 6 double bogeys in the 2 days that is what did him in.

That's not a bad record....especially in the "Tiger Era"...and couple that with the fact that he's dating Greg Norman's daughter and Sergio certainly has nothing to be ashamed of! I would be willing to bet any or all of you blowhards who think SG is overrated, that he will win a major before his career is over...especially since I probably won't live that long to have to pay if I lose! And his famous father-in-law to be only has 2 Major wins in his indubitably Hall of Fame career. The bottom line is that SG is a great talent,(the Spanish heir apparent to Seve and Oly), in no way overrated; his ball striking abilities are incredible, and anyone can learn to putt. He will win a major in his career!

This ought to be good......I know one thing, a golfer is able to make a right turn in a golf cart, can the Nascar driver do it???
