I just saw him swinging what look like a 6 foot wooden pole when he got that double against the Brewers....Anyone know if he is using a longer bat than he did before or how long it is, or whats up?

Reminds me of Sheffield. The thing must barely be regulation. What amazed me is how easy he just wags it all about before swinging.

It's much longer than the average guys.

I bet he has to stroke it with pine tar furiously just to get a good grip on the batting unit.

Thing with Soriano is really gets that bat up, up.. above his shoulders so it functions well for him.
