BOS Guarantee Update

We have decided to set a date for the BOS guarantee payments. Any qualifying customers that have not recovered their money by August 1, 2007 will be reimbursed by theRX. The only thing that we would ask is that reimbursed posters agree to return any monies should they receive equal payments from BOS within the 12 months following the reimbursement.

I ask for those who have emailed me in the past to please email me again to ensure that I have the correct contact information. You do not need to resend all of the details, just your BOS account and poster name. I will contact anyone that I need more info from.

props to rick, marty and the rx family...best news heard about this fiasco...and i didn't have one cent there...but am very happy for those who did...may not recover 100% but the rx is living up to it's word and there will be compensation for some of the BOS players...very good news indeed...very classy of you Rx....:money8: :money8: :money8: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Thanks RX for stepping up to the plate I hope the BOS mess gets settled they cost me my profit bos going under got paid a week before they went under but, I know others weren't so lucky I hope we all get our money whether it be profit or original deposit back.
