OT- Anyone a real estate broker?

Hey everyone
Just thought id ask and maybe find someone that is a real estate broker

Im about to graduate college and I thought id get licensed this summer to sell real estate.

seems like a career that is hard in the beginning but lucrative as time goes on

any advice and pros/cons appreciated!

My brother just got his license.... in a few months I'll tell ya if he's successful or not.

I got a friend who his mother, step father, and him all sell real estate. All have real licenses, and there doing great for themselves. My friend just started has his own house, and a brand new Hummer H2 fully decked out.
