YTD

1* 6-4

2* 9-3

3* 1-1

Well after a red hot week, I had a rough Sunday going 0-3. Its alright it was long overdue. Monday is the day to get back on track!

1* - Marlins (-110)

The Brewers travel to Florida to face the Marlins. Jeff Suppan and Anibal Sanchez will be the pitchers in the first game of the series and I like the Marlins in this spot. Anibal Sanchez if you dont know him is the guy who threw the no-hitter last season. He is an up and coming talent in this league and will hold off the Brewers at home. I believe the Marlins bats get to Suppan and Marlins take the first of the series.

1* - Mets (-123)

The Phillies and Mets battle it out in the Big Apple! Should be a great series and I like the Mets in the first game of the series. John Maine faces off against Cole Hamels. Hamels is a good talent but Maine has looked good and to get the best team in the NL at this price is fine by me.

2* - Yankees (-125)

The Yankees travel to Minnesota and the first game is a very interesting pitching matchup. We have Pavano vs Ponson. Pavano has had some injury problems and Ponson just hasnt been very good the past few years. I will take the Yankees at this price. I believe both pitchers are pretty much a wash so I will take the Yankee lineup here. I believe this ends up being a 8-5 type yankee win!

2* - Cubs (-144)

Woody Williams vs Ted Lilly is the pitching matchup at Wrigley for Monday afternoon. I love the Cubs in this spot. They are not traveling far at all coming back from Milwaukee. Ted Lilly looked great in his first outing and believe he will continue tomorrow. The Cubs bats will be too much for Woody Williams and the Cubs will win their home opener.

Just a little advice for your record keeping -

In order to keep you record more accurate it is important to note how much you are up/down units wise. In baseball the lines mean much more than any other sport in which -110 can be assumed.

If you are 20-10 in basketball, unless you are playing ML's it is obvious you are up a decent amount.

In baseball though it is much less evident. Someone can be 15-20 and still be profitable. .. .

SO. . . how many units are you up, :lolBIG:
