Actually, A-Rod wins the AL HR title every odd calander year.

He won in '01,'02, '03 and '05

It should also be noted he didnt do anything in the playoffs over that span.

I as one of the biggier yankee fans i know can honestly say:
#1 I have never booed AROD
#2 was originally for the idea of Jeter to CF, and AROD @ ss
#3 Have tryed to explain hwo good AROD is to other NYY fans. I mean he puts up MVP type #'s every year , and still gets hated on

Wow that is so so not true. Jeter was going opposite field against Benietez when Arod wasnt doing nothing.

Jeter is clutch year after year and I hate the Yanks. Just appreciate what him,Mariano,and Pettite did to bring the franchise back.
