For waiting a week and a half and arriving via regular mail, hopefully nothing. How much would it have cost if you sprang for something resembling overnight?
I still pay the $30 and withdraw once a week with Western Union. Been with this book for over 3 years now and never a single problem other than no phone in wagers.
