Kind of a slow betting season right now and the offshore uncertainty has gotten most of us down.
However, the community has shown it is more about gambling and that there are some good people here.
Specifically,
1) Rick and Marty get the ball rolling on the BOS guarantee, a welcome follow-through that many doubted.
2) HPark wins and places in a competition and defers his second place money to bump others up. Classy move by a classy poster and one no doubt the two who finished behind him appreciated.
3) BigBet decides to donate his BOS balance to charity in lieu of recovering it. Something he likely would not have publicized had GM Rick not brought it to our attention.
I truly believe these examples are a reflection of the quality and character we have on here and know from meeting many of you firsthand that it permeated throughout us.
The icing on the cake would be if Xpanda would announce the Bash plans. One can only hope, can't they?
