Feel this total is a few runs too low. Vanden Hurk been pitching in Single A, moved up to AA ball, now finds himself in the bigs! Quite a jump in my opinion. He's facing a Brewers ballclub who dropped 4 of their last 5, but now these bats get a chance to face an unproven arm who is a minor leaguer. Brewers struggle typically at Dolphin stadium, I believe they are 0-7 there. Vargas' ERA is highest during April, a little over 5. Florida is pretty hot offensively right now, and the big sluggers in this line-up hit Vargas pretty hard in the past. Over is 5-1 in Marlins last 6 after scoring 5 runs or more in their previous game, which tells me that these guys usually perform well after a solid showing the night before. Over is 8-2-1 in Brewers last 11 during game 2 of a series also.
