at this point in the season you have to look at who has what to play for. if houston played with full interest in a meaningful game, no way they let trail blazers back imo. but since they have nothing to play for, they can easily lose interest in a meaningless game. they still won anyways, unless you guys are talking about the spread, didn't see what it was.
because IMO minnesota is intentionally losing games. i posted a thread earlier that if minnesota finishes outside the top 10 they lose there pick and it goes to LA. minnesota wants the pick, they don't want clippers to get it so they are playing inexperienced guys the rest of the way. they even sat out KG tonight. on the radio everyone is rooting for them to lose so they get to keep that top pick and no doubt mchale wants to keep the pick as well.
so does minny has to lose more games to get the pick or they automatically got it now.???
well philly would be the 11th pick at 33 wins. t-wolves have 32 wins.
minnesota has san antonio, golden state, denver, memphis remaining.
mchale is an idiot for possibly having the chance to lose this pick, i see 1 win maybe out of the 4, the last one at home just to go out on a good note unless philly continues to lose, then he might just have them lose them all.
there playing the starters for maybe 20 minutes, want to see what they have with the young guys.
so to answer your question yea they still have to lose games.
