Well a nice 1-1 day yesterday winning the 3* on the Mets! I have another 3* for tomorrow that I like alot!
1* - Phillies (-103) $103 to win $100
I like this play with the Phillies at home taking on Roy Oswalt and the Astros. Brett Myers is a stud himself and the Phillies lineup is alot better then the Astros. I look for Myers to pitch a solid game and the Phillies getting enough runs off Oswalt to grab the win.
2* - Rockies/Dbax UNDER 8.5 (+100) $200 to win $200
Last years N.L. Cy Young Award Winner is a beast when pitching at home. I think Webb is going to have a great game against the Rockies giving up 1-3 er. I look for a 4-2 type win out of the Dbax.
3* - Mets/Twins ML Parlay (+128) $300 to win $384
Both of the Mets and Twins are home and the Mets face off against the worst team in the league IMO the Nationals. Yes they got lucky thursday and beat the braves but I highly doubt that John Patterson who has looked rough his first couple starts can match that against the Mets offense. I really expect the Mets bats to light up Patterson and for Pelfrey to contain the weak Washington lineup. As for the Twins the ACE is on the mound in Johan Santana and he is as good as they get. He is facing a tough cookie in Kazmir but he is still no Johan. Minnesota always plays well at home and I expect Johan to shut down the Devil Ray lineup.
