Can't imagine any would. It's like trying to play a first half over and the game over in football or BBall.

What you're describing would be like parlaying the first five innings over with the full game over. I have the same question as the OP - why can't I parlay say the Twins -1.5 with the over for the game? My book doesn't allow this either.
