Any Canadians know how to fund Moneybookers?

Tried to Bank Wire and my bank has given me the run around twice....

Moneybookers shows the following info when you try to upload funds via bank wire...

Account Holder : Moneybookers Ltd
Bank : Commerzbank
City/town : Frankfurt
SWIFT : COBADEFF
IBAN : DE23500400000581732500
Account Currency : EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, JPY, SGD

Went to the bank with this info and they told me I was missing the address...then they told me I was missing the Account Number...

Anybody here know how to Bank Wire to Moneybookers?

Is this the Account number that should be used when sending funds via Bank Wire...for moneybookers?

YOu need the account number.

For address you can use anything you want.

Wires go by 2 things - swift code and account. THe rest is garbage and only used if the other 2 are messed up.

What is Moneybookers Account Number..? They dont even list it on the bank wire info page...is the account number the number we see listed on the home page? I use CIBC...and even though they are one of the big banks in Canada, they still require the address....

They might well use different account numbers depending upon the currency wired. Why don't you email and ask?

For whatever reason, moneybookers does not appear to be email friendly. All they seem to offer is a message centre and rip off customer service. They will probably pull out of Canada soon anyway. For Canucks like myself, looks like its Instadebit until somebody else comes up with something better...Limit is garbage but at least its EFT...

These are the two important things they need for the bank wire. Sometimes they have in-experienced people doing this and its better to just ask for the manager and have him do it. I always have these same bull shit problems with the Ticos down here.

Thanks For the Replies. The information they needed was there the whole time and yet they told me I was lacking the necessary info. I can tell these people dont want to Wire the money. The banks are starting to act funny...you would think at a big bang like CIBC...they would know the procedure...
