Ive been hounding them since early January but this one specifically requested at the beginning of April. I was promised a payment plan around January of a check a month so maybe that date had something to do with it. That obviously didn't work. I would go dry for a month, then in March I thought everything was great again as I got 3 cashouts in maybe the span of 2 weeks (2 by book-to-book and 1 by check). Then all the downgrading, etc. Then all the sudden, I got this one. I just hope they continue, my balance is still significant there.
