Record: 32-47
Profit: -15.86

Predicted Lines:

Cleveland -210, 9 Pk
Boston -215, 9.5 Pk
Toronto -135, O9.5 -115
Baltimore Pk, U9.5 -112
Minnesota -200, O10.5 -120
Yankees -115, U8.5 -111
Seattle Pk, 9 Pk

Bets:

Cleveland Indians -165
Pitchers: Sabathia/Contreras

The White Sox don't hit lefties and are never able to get anything going against Sabathia. Contreras will have a tough time limiting an excellent offense at home and it's still not even clear if he's at 100% or not. Cleveland takes this one at home.

Toronto Blue Jays -110

Pitchers: Towers/Robertson
The Jays kill lefties and even without Glaus, I expect them to hit very well against Robertson, who doesn't have a good history against this team. Towers is iffy but he'll get enough outs to limit the Tigers, and it's not like Detroit is hitting the ball well. I'll take the home team in this one.

Minnesota Twins -1.5 +125
Minnesota/Tampa Over 10 -110
Pitchers: Bonser/Seo

Seo will get rocked. He's gotten rocked in two of his starts and Minnesota always get alot of big hits at home. I could see the Twins scoring double digit runs here and winning easily. Bonser will give up a few runs here and there to this upstart DRays team, but in the end I think the final score will be something like 10-4ish.

don't worry.. i believe you'll bounce back

at least you're not throwing a bunch of 2 unit plays in order to catch up

Thanks. I'll keep good money management no matter what happens. Was down like 20 units in college hoops and came back to have a nice season so I think this one will turn as well. Just gonna take some time... Good luck this season John.

After Sat. Think The Dormant

Tiger O may have come alive. I do like Mn a lot. The whole tm is "up" and hitting the ball, very tough in the Dome. Believe Mauer is a legit 330 hitter, should move him tho. Catching every day is tough on a guy 6`5". Great athlete, would be a hell of 1st base, but what do you w/the other "M" boy? (BTW MVP) Over 40 yrs since one tm had League batting champ, MVP & Cy Young. Nathan & Hunter would be #1`s on any tm also. No other tm in the bigs has 5 like these including the mighty NYY.

silver ... you say some real nice things about my twins... Everyone here in Twins land is pretty excited about this group of players that we have. But what you didn't hit on is probably the most important ingredient of the whole equation....TERRY RYAN . This guy is hands down the greatest VP of Operations in all of sports. Their is no other Organization in all Major league Sports that is run like the Twins organization, and it all comes down to fundamentals and reminding these athletes what it was that got them to the big leagues. Ryan is the key ingredient to this organization, it just so happens that they have 5 players with the raw talent to be amazing, and the brains to listen (all egos are left at the door on this team). The one thing that has always been a problem here though is putting Offensive performances together back to back. They seem to out hit themselves all in one night and come out the next day very flat. (but I am learning that its like that all over the league) Good luck today Jake on your plays, you should pick up another W with your Twins bet, but I am leary about the O10 because of their performance yesterday.

Good luck with your plays

Tigers and Indians come in. Twins down 4- 2 in the 6th. Wish I would have known the Twins were sitting some of their best hitters...

Wow, Nathan getting crushed in the top of the 9th. Double, double, single. 6-4 DRays, man on first, no outs.

At least the guaranteed push on the total means a winning day no matter what. Hopefully Minny wins this one in the bottom of the frame.

Haha that's the worst advice ever. Just a bad swing. I'll work out of it.
