    trying to find out how many carbs are in a single baked potato here.

    just a regular one from grocery store baked in oven.

    going over my health charts and need to fill that spot in.

    that is a bunch.

    sounds unacceptable, but damn those things are good with some butter, sour cream and black pepper.

    grilling a steak, looking for something else to have with it.

    holy chit 63 grams...

    wonder how many hours peddling on bike to get rid of that.

    probably 3 hours of peddling just to have one baked potato

    Try a sweet potato/yam. I switched to these a couple of years ago. Taste great, and you don't need butter and all the fixings.

    Just made the switch also and also tried red skinned they are the two best for health reasons. Stay away from everything white.
