1. Milwaukee (Capuano) -118

Chris Capuano and his (1-0) record takes on Eric Milton and his 6.35 ERA in Cincinnatti. The brew crew have won 9 of the last 13 games in this matchup and are playing a team that has been offensively challenged of late. Were the reds not playing the struggling Cubs scoring one run would not have gotten them a win yesterday against Ted Lilly. Today they get a better lefty, prior to yesterday Cincy was 1-4 vs lefties. Cincy only scored 7 runs in that series vs the Cubs and 6 of those were in the one inning walk-a-thon. If Milton throws anything close to how he has been of late the Brewers win this game.

2. Pittsburgh vs St Louis UNDER 7.5 -110

The total in this series has gone under 5 times in a row when playing in St Louis including three in a row last week at Pittsburgh by scores of 3-2, 3-2, and 3-0. Anthony Reyes' only start vs the bucs was a 6 inning, 4 hits and 0 ER a year ago. Snell threw 7 strong last week allowing only 6 hits and 1 run as the unlucky loser. The pirates are the 3rd worst scoring team in the league so if Snell pitches holds the ST Louis Offense in check this game will go under the total.

3. Tampa Bay -110

Tampa Bay has been playing uncharacteristically well this season at (5-7) with 9 of those twelve on the road, they have yet to be a favorite until tonight. They stand at (3-0) this season vs Left handed starters including a surprising defeat of Johan Santana in Minnesota to end his win streak at home. Shields has pitched well in 2 career starts vs the O's gaining two no-decisions. Loewen is due to come down to earth after two good performances. The O's are 4-0 as a fav, but only 2-6 as a dog along with being 2-4 away from home. With more than half of TB's wins coming vs lefties when only one quarter of their games have been against them makes TB the smart play for tonight.

4. Detroit -210

Amazingly Justin Verlander has thrown 13 innings this season allowing 0 ER and has yet to get a win. While Zack Greinke has pitched well this season the young team is only 1-5 away from home. Not only has Verlander been spectacular this season but his career numbers vs KC are: (3-0) 27 IP with only 2ER, if those stats dont add up to his first win of '07 I dont know what does.

$236/200 on Brewers
$110/100 on Under in Pirates/Cards
$110/100 on TB
$210/100 on Detroit

YTD: 0-0

The TB game just seems like the type of game where you automatically take baltimore based on reputations and then in the end TB wins it and your left scratching your head.
