WIll-- Is this only their policy for NEW MEMBERS or all members? I've been a member and just reupped and did not get my bonus either. I did live chat and woman said 10% bonus. I deposited and.......NO BONUS!!! I got back on live chat and they told me if I want the bonus then I have to roll over my initial deposit 5X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel lied to because the woman didnt tell me that up front when I asked about the bonus originally. Never had any past problems there & they have good baseball options/numbers. However, I'll play there until my money runs out or I cash out then I am done with them because I don't like being misled......especially after getting screwed from Millenium.

Not singleing out 5Dimes only but sometime CSD clerks lose players for books by not being through when they explain various policies to players but that may be on account of the training (or lack of) they received before they started working.

To me with the market the way it is, you would think the books would try to come up with some creative incentives to play there instead of pulling things away. That is all. Maybe if they capped their upfront bonuses at $500 or something. I know my $200 bonus wasnt going to make or break them.

Wilheim, I am a new account with 5 dimes. Not only i chat and call with one clerk but 4 different clerks and even with the director. You have to request for the bonus for new account also for re-load as well. Also, the bonus no longer given when you send the money but after roll over 5X.
