I forgot to make a sweat thread tonight, as I havent made one for a while. I had dueling final tables going. I won the Full Tilt $40k guaranteed($163 buyin) 1st of 412 there for $15450, then I won the Stars $22 rebuy, 1st of 511 there for $12,080.

hopefully I can keep this going til wsop where I am playing 80-100k worth of events.

run good, win races. and play tight when youre short, youre never too short to make a comeback, you dont have to shove Ax when under 10 bb from ep.

Good luck to all your future turnies, recently, I just discovered that I did a lot better in small sit and goes then ring cash game, at least, I'm more confident in it, and I also enjoy it more.

For the last 10 turnies or so, I ended up in the first place for 4 times, and cash in 7 or 8 times, I know this is a small sample, but I do enjoy it more, and have more confident in it, so it will help a bit.

I play in all the bigger tourneys on Stars and Full Tilt. On Stars everything $55 and higher and also $22r and sometimes the $11r. On full Tilt I play everything $69 and higher, also the $33 rebuy.

Nice run Matt, congratz.

I have listened to your advice, and it has helped me last longer in Multi Table Tournaments. Problem is, same story happens in every tournaments. I'm a HUGE favorite (other player has less than 4-5 outs) , and they always hit their card or cards. ALWAYS!

No matter how tight, good, smart I play, I always get beat on some miracle card river suck out.

I know, I know, "That's Poker" as everyone always sais, but when the same thing happens again and again, what's a guy supposed to do ?

Any Advice ?

Hey you could win the nightly at Bdog tonight and claim a Triple Crown at Pocketfives.....You have to win 3 10,000 + tournys at 3 different sites in a certain time period and 24 hrs would certainly qualify i think! Only a handful of people have ever done it..

yeah I'm currently in the 12k at Bodog and playing some UB tourneys tonight, its in a weeks time, so i got til sunday i guess.
