MOST OF THE TIME ONLY ONE GAME...BUT TODAY I LIKE TWO!!!

The Angels turn to their Ace to get back on the winning track. John Lackey goes for his fifth straight win over the A's. The Halo's need Lackey to come up big if their to avoid a sixth straight loss and if his previous success over Oakland is any indication, he'll get the job done. Lackey has dominated Oakland in recent times. He beat them back on April 7th and three times before that allowing just three runs for an 0.87 ERA . Lackey is 7-1 with a 1.61 ERA in his last nine starts against Oakland and 4-0 with a 1.59 ERA in five starts at McAfee Coliseum since Aug. 9, 2005. Look for the long tall Texan to lead Anaheim to a much needed victory.

I'm jumping on board the "D-Train" in this one as Dontrelle Willis leads the Marlins against the Mets. Willis, who is 3-0 for the third time in four seasons, and is looking to become the first pitcher in the majors to record four wins in 2007. If history is any indicator, Willis (3.32 ERA) has a good chance of getting that fourth win against the Mets. The young lefty is 11-2 with a 2.02 ERA in 16 career starts against New York. His previous history against the Mets is enough for me!

HOPE TO MAKE IT 2-0 ON ONE DAYS PLAY:banger:

BEST TO ALL :toast:
