The transaction between Jasin and myself has been much talked about on this forum on various threads, so I wanted to make all the facts of this case VERY clear.
The incident: Jasin made an offer to send $500 by Paypal if I transferred $435 to his BetJM account. Done.
The problem: Paypal decided to freeze both our accounts. They accused me of "suspicious activity" and put a searchlight up my ass looking for shit. They didn't allow me to withdraw the $500, accused me of "fraud" and decided to "investigate" the incident and said that even if they let the transfer go through, I couldn't withdraw the money for 180 days. They're dicks.
The solution: Jasin sent me a $500 gift card instead, trusting that I would cancel the Paypal transaction.
In short, I wanted people to understand that Jasin did NOT stiff me. It took him a few days to send me the gift card, but he had his own problems and I understand that. In fact, if I do not cancel the Paypal transaction, I could easily stiff him (which I wouldn't do).
I see various threads asking Jasin questions and Jasin has been extremely mature in keeping quiet about the incident. It was a problem that we took care of behind the scenes and, in my view, that is all that matters.
