I opened up bookmaker.com since I didn't want to use sportsbook.com anymore. When I opened my account, I deposited $500.00. Right after the deposit, 500 showed up as available balance. About 15 minutes later, I was about log in to my account and my log in name and password was not working and they asked me to call them. So i did call them and they said my account has easy password so they closed my account. So I was like wtf? I asked them what about my 500? they said 500 will be refunded to my bank account. So I check my account 2 days ago and they did refund the money. I was happy until when I checked my account today. Bookmaker.com took the money out of my account again and according to my bank, since the money was been cleared and posted into my account, it seems like bank received the neccessary paper work from bookmaker.com in order for them to collect my money. So I called bookmaker again and they said they never send out paper works and their credit card dept said my bank might hold the money for one day. But when the bank holds the money, it appears as pending transaction not cleared transaction.
