OT: Does Chicago Liquor Stores Deliver?

I would like to send a friend a bottle of bubbly but can't find any Liquor Stores that deliver in Chicago. Any help?

Thanks alot for the responses. Sam's I guess will work but it does charge $10 for delivery. I need to get it there tomorrow PM so wanted something as local to their place as possible.

$8-10 is pretty standard for shipping one bottle. Sam's is generally a little pricey but they have a massive inventory of wines.
