Hmmm.... Maybe I'm wrong. What were the odds for Chicago to win game one and the odds for Chicago to win the series before game 1 started? Does anyone know?
Because odds of +300 would mean that for Chicago to win game one would be +100 and Chicago to win series after winning game one to be +100 which seems overly generous odds.
Chicago was favored to win game one -180/+170 {Piny}.
And also favored to win the series at -130/+120.
If one bet these 3 a huge profit, % wise, could have been had,
as this covers one every way...
1] CHI Bulls to win game and WIN series +300
2] CHI Bulls to win game and LOSE series +600
3] MIAMI to win game one +170
1] +300....bet 600 to win 1800 {net profit 700}
2] +600....bet 300 to win 1800 {net profit 400}
3] +170....bet 800 to win 1360 {net profit 460}
