Could someone please tell me why a player takes a shot with 8 seconds still left on the shot clock, leaving enough time for the other team to come down and hit a wide open 3 to end the half? So instead of being down by 4 at worst, they go down by 7.

Maybe ESPN should include the players' IQs alongside their stats so I don't bet on them.

There is no logic involved in the NBA. I've thrown in the towel on those clowns.

Many props to anyone who can actually successfully cap that crap.

Agreed. Many individuals make the mistake of thinking they have to be profitable in every sport that is thrown at them. On the contrary, most gamblers that win in the long run exclude some of the major sports, the NBA and NFL being the most popular choices. It took me 3+ seasons to bury the hatchet with the NBA, but it's amazing how your winning percentages increase in focusing on other sports that don't constantly burn you with meaningless baskets.

NBA and NFL i like. I've said multiple times I wish the NHL wouldn't come back. Most people agree with me on that. Baseball is alright, too slow though.

the nba and nfl just not like it use to be.players coming out to early from college for the big bucks is killing both leagues imo and the level of play is down.with players switching teams at a drop of a hat and all the kids that come in early it only going to get worst.the nfl is to me the most overated of all sports now and i really do not have a clue if i will ever wager on it again..ck

NBA is just incredibly boring. No enthusiasm from the crowds unil the 4th quarter. Today's Wash-Cle game may as well have taken place in a church. Jersey-Tampa NHL was about 20 times more exciting and had 50 times the atmosphere in the arena
