This town is starving for a winner for many years. It might be here. Will wait till the Cubs series is over. Been picking my spots, missed one with the home dog today, but there is finally confidence in the air. Sit back and watch for a while and miss some golden opportunities. Deep bench, great rotation, closers, and young guys playing like vets. A rare find in my eyes.

Billy Hall is under the radar along with Hardy. Hall has issues in center but should be fine within the next few weeks. Oh, Weeks, another story who I have seen boot more balls than my 6 year old. Now playing awesome 2nd along with hitting. Seems like Anastacio and his $$$$$ has finally paid off for a small market team. This is by no means a bought team. They are a team as I have info about the mind in the clubhouse. Most of these guys have been brought up in this organization. They will fight. Only thing is the injury bug. FYI, just give them an extra 5 minute read a day and see what you come up with.

By no means a homer call as my wallet is full.

thanks for your thoughts on the brewers. they toughed it out today. they certainly are not a public team, so the price should be right.

Leave it at that youngster. Time will tell but I really think you will be looking up in the standings at year end. Throw all the records out for this series. Mr. Mouth called out the Crew a while back and there are no short memories there. His lofty ERA should prove him well tomorrow if they play.......weather.

I am only stating facts about the Crew with my head and not heart. As I stated the Crew is lookin good in the long run without the injury bug. Open your eyes a little and root for them like they are your triple A team when the Cubbies are not close in August.

Keep up the winnin as it is a long season. The $$$$$$$ comes from the hard cappin and not the love for a local team.

Yeah I do hard cappin as you can see if you look at my threads. The Cubs pitching has been great with the exception of Z who will get it going and are 5th starter Miller. Once Z is going Cubs are going to be fine. Its so early in the season and I dont think Milwaukees offense has enough fire power just yet. Yeah Fielder,Weeks,Hall are all good but give them some more time, im not going to drink the ESPN Kool Aid and talk up the Brewers there not ready to win yet mark my words

I definitely like the team they've put together this year, although I'm not sure going against Zambrano is a good spot for them.

NEVER watch espn except for live action. No Kool Aid here. Just stating my thoughts on a team I watch closely. No action for the side for me today other than maybe a small play on the total.

What is the wind doing there? They say 8-10 and in from center.

Let me know if you find out.

Thx

Congrats on your Brewers great start. I love the Brewers this season they are a fun team to watch. Would love to see them play in their throwbacks. That'd be sick.

What few know of is the quality we still have in the minors...when it is time to light a fire on offense the brew crew will bring up Ryan Braun, who is hard hitting 3rd baseman, the only category the brewers are struggling offensively, the only problem with the kid is not his fielding but his delivierly, when he is in a hurry he is perfect, but when he has time he stands up and gets out of the "baseball postion" however has improved 100% from spring training according to some inside sources...also if the injury bug was to bite a pitcher there is a stud in nashville by the name of Yovani Gallardo, this kid is ridiculous...51K's in 37 innings pitched this year, cant wait to see these 2 players get up and get their chance...it is truly great to be a brewers fan this year as I will be going to my 4th game in a row tonight, our 20 game packs over the year are finally paying off...an old fashinoed team that has no bought their players but weeded them through the minors and are great together!!!

I have heard about that 3rd baseman, my buddy is a huge brewers fan and was telling me he might be coming up to the big leagues soon? Either way the Brewers are a very good team all I am trying to get across is dont write off the Cubs because they are for real
