I look for either Tampa or Atlanta to trade up to grab CJ. Which sticks it to poor Detroit, which would like to trade down, but without CJ still there the value of their pick diminishes.

Why would Atlanta trade up for CJ when they just signed Joe Horn and Petrino has made a point of saying he wants to revamp the offensive line? Not to mention they have so many holes in their defense...wouldn't make a lot of sense for them to swap #10 for #8 and then trade up IMO.
I think they're looking for Okoye or Landry and they didn't think either would last until #10.
