Vegas Bachelor Party-Bash weekend-need help

Looks like GoGo will already be in Vegas August 16th-19th for a bachelor party. Hopefully can stop by the bash for a bit. Looking like we will be staying at Mandalay Bay. None of us have ever been to Vegas for a bachelor party style event. Need some recommendations in the following areas:

1. Golf Courses- mid rate, not high end
2. Stip Clubs- which ones are best and why
3. Bars/nightclubs to get crazy in

I would recommend getting a big suite at the mandalay for you and your pals instead of getting a couple regular rooms...much better for the entertainment aspect of your weekend.

1 - stay at Hard Rock instead of Mandalay. HR is younger, more hip and more fun, although MB is a nicer casino. Don't let anyone fool you either, the pool at HR is better than the regular pool at MB due to the clientele. The regular pool at MB is a f*ing nightmare and crowded as hell with few waitresses and a ton of kids. Their nudey pool is a good scene but they are working on it now and I don't know when it will be done.

Strip Club - Best one IMO is across the street from HR - Club Paradise. Sapphire is new and massive, supposed to be good but I have never been.

Clubs - Body English is in HR and pretty good. Pure at Caesar's is probably the best right now. Tryst is good and from what I understand Tao is as well. Rain (Palms) is a massive club and everyone and their brother goes there, kind of played out if you ask me. Ghost Bar is more of a loungy club place and is usually pretty good. I don't like Light (Bellagio) but many do. Stay away from Club Rio, Voodoo Lounge, Rum Jungle, all super duper L A M E.

Golf - no idea, I go to Vegas to gamble and get fucked up.

Did my bach party there last October for 4 nights Wed-Sun. Stayed at Mirage and watched fball all day and night Saturday.
-Was my 5th time there.

1) Played at The Badlands for $80. Play on a thursday to save at least $40. Course is sick.
2) Always go to Spearmint Rhino when you are in Vegas..esp bach parties.
-The next night we hit up the Club Paradise (recommended by someone here on the RX). Anyways...girls were pretty hot, and they were doing the anything you want to do for 15 minutes for $100 thing.
3) Had hookers come up to the room on the next night-2 hot ones.
4) Had VIP at the ghostbar where our tab (11g guys) was somewhere around 3 dimes.....and it wasn't that good.
-Go to Pure at Caesars , and then make sure to go to Drai's at the Barbary Coast at least one night...they don't open until 2 or 4. Stood in line at Body English for like an hour-and never got in...........and that was like five deep with guys.

And brings lots and lots of money.

Pure will run you at least that per head if you have all or mainly dudes. Just an FYI, but it is much better (if different) than Ghost Bar. No matter where you go, if you get a table, you had better figure on at least 1 bottle for every 3 guys at $400/bottle plus tip, grease for bouncer/host and mixers. My recollection is Pure is 1 bottle for every 2 dudes.

Drai's is full of coked out basehead chicks and bottom feeder dudes who didn't hook up earlier in the night. personally, I hate that place but my friends all end up there every time we go to Vegas.

My $0.02, and I mean no offense, but I live here and have done this too many times.

Hotel: The Hard Rock, while younger, has a ratio of dick to ***** of about 10-1. If you want to hang out with a bunch of poser wannabe's, go to the circle bar around midnight and stand against the wall. The hottest chicks in town will be in a club, the ugly skank will be hanging by the circle bar. I have seen some pretty hot hookers working the Hard Rock. HOWEVER....the pool at the hard rock does have the most talent, and I strongly suggest going to Rehab on Sunday if hot girls in bikini's are your thing.

Strip Club: Spearmint Rhino. I personally hate Club Paradise because I don't want to be seated, I want to walk around.

Clubs: Rain is dead and will be closing soon. Moon/Playboy club are taking away to much business. Tryst is hit or miss. We went to Tryst on a recent Friday and I can honestly say in 15 years of partying in Vegas, it was the ugliest crowd I've ever seen. Pure has the most talent; however, if you are getting bottle service, you better be prepared to tip well if you want a good table, because there are quite a few crap tables. Tao has always been good. Body English is always good.

Golf: Call the concierge and have him set you up...they can do that and the summer is slow season out here for golf.

You are right about circle bar, but that place is only good for grabbing a drink before you go out, not to hang there for the night. Good call on Rehab, I forgot about it.

can't tell you much about golf or hotels or niteclubs. Strip clubs, well, i've been going to 'em in Vegas far longer than I'd like to admit. Spearment Rhino, particularly Thursday thru Saturday nites, is IMHO the best. Usually about 150+ women, many 8's and 9's. Something for everyone, blonds, Asians, African Americans. Never heard of anyone there having trouble with staff, bogus credit card charges, etc. I have not been in Sapphire recently, but last time I was there, felt staff was too controlling and there was little atmousphere--too much like a warehouse. If you are only going to spend 1 nite at a strip club, you cannot go wrong at the rhino.

Treasure Island is a small casino compared to the mega-resorts but it is in a great location, close to Wynn, Venetian, Mirage (tram connects the two) Caesars, Bellagio, etc. They remodeled the rooms a year or two ago.

If you guys like a good dinner, the best restaurant in town is in TI, it's called Social House, call in advance for reservations for a big group. That will also get you into Tangerine for free, which is not the best club in Vegas, but not bad either.

I like to gamble at Treasure Island, for some reason I do well there. It really doesn't matter where you stay, it's just a place to crash out at 8 AM after partying all night somewhere else.

I on the other hand have been KILLED at Treasure Island. Best luck for me has been MGM on the tables...

That's funny, I've been blistered there. In fact, I get killed at most strip hotels, but for some reason I win downtown or off strip (green valley ranch, south point, etc.) I love to gamble downtown, it has that old school feel and you don't easily get distracted by the 60 year old coctail waitresses.

I do nightclub VIP hosting here so can tell you the best nightclubs. Right now best clubs are Tryst, Pure, Tao, Jet, Body English, Moon, Rain, Light, Ghostbar (pretty much in that order). Top 3 are by far the best right now though. Afterhours best are Drai's, Empire Ballroom, and Seamless(strip club/ultralounge). LAX is about to open in a couple of months and is supposed to be pretty popular when it does open.

Best strip club IMO is Spearmint Rhino because feel it has best atmosphere and music and by far best looking girls.
