too much confidence in bullpen, which ALL team coaches have.

FYI = all bullpens suck (for the bettor, that is). Take the stud for the first 5 innings. You will come out MUCH better. Make notes, watch. It's true.

come on man...the guy had thrown 117 pitches...and you have one of the best bullpens in baseball...how is that wrong? just one of those times

117 IS a TON of pitches, and he is without a doubt, one of the very best pitchers in the game.

I love the guy. He is solid and a monster.

But, without run support, and then (don't get me started), that bullpen stuff, he loses.

This is a game he SHOULD have gotten a W.

Why didn't he?

someone, anyone, explain to me, the cynical guy who hates bullpens?
