What area of the country is the next real estate bubble and is expecting huge growth

I know the maket as a whole is down or maybe stabilizing but what area of the U.S. seems to be the next "hot" market.

I have heard a few different rumors about out by Wyoming.

Is anyone living anywhere in the U.S. where they are witnessing this firsthand? Where they see an area ready to "pop".

Maybe not so much real estate growth as much as population growth.

Charlotte, NC is expecting 10% growth over the next few years. Constant job growth will fuel the influx of people.

According to whom? The realtors and thier shills? That's like asking a car salesman if now is a good time to buy a car.

We are barely into a long term bear market in RE. Do some historical research instead of listening to your newspaper or CNBC on historical prices.

Lotta sheep are gonna get slaughtered in this one.
