(13-18)(-1.78 units) underdog bets

Did not update my record after Thursday’s games. On Thursday I went 2-0 hitting two nice sized dogs and collecting 3.75 units. Dogs are so great when they come in. On Friday I won four of five games for a plus 2.75 units. All five plays were favorites improving my record. So past two days I have been hot again going 6-1, plus 6.50 units.

Something came up right after work and I was not around yesterday at all to make any plays. The only game I planned on taking off the top of my head florida over the phillies. Don’t know about anything else, just did not have any time at all to even see who was pitching. I did not even find out anything about the nfl draft until around 8:00 last night. Here is what I came up with for Sunday.

Cincinnati -108 vs Pittsburgh……….Just a gut feeling here. Pirates have been a team this year that is streaky. Then win a few in a row and you think this team is young and headed in the right direction. Then they lose a few in a row and play like last year and you think this team is the same old sucky pirate team. Cincy pounded them yesterday and I think they will do it again today.

White Sox -133 vs Angels……………For me this one is simple. Mark Buerhle vs an Angels team that is only 2-8 on the road and yet I can get them at -133. I will try it.

Toronto -133 vs Texas………….Texas is another poor road team and even though Toronto is not playing as well as they can, I have to try them at home and pretty decent odds, similar to the above game for me.

Seattle -142 vs Kansas City………….Kansas City snuck a road win yesterday at Seattle. One of my rules is to always go against the royals on the road when I can get them at -150 or under. Like I said, KC won yesterday and odds are they won’t win today. Sure they could, but I like my chances.

Florida +150 vs Phillies………….I have four favs so far, I think I will throw a dog in there. Another strong gut feeling here. I have the feeling Jamie Moyer is due for a bad game, he has not had one yet this year. With all the problems the phillies starters have had, it is Moyer who appears to be their most reliable starter so far, that is amazing for an oldman. I think we will see a high scoring game today and the phils are going to have to use a tired bullpen and the marlins will win this one late.

Good Luck Everybody!!
