I think it be cuz is old, sick, and has some big political connections. After all Bambi was a hero to many, but a dangerous dude indeed. I hope he dies soon. I do not like him one bit. He is a murder of the worst kind and had Muslims like qualities.

What did he do in the United States?

BTW, the courts set him free, not the Bush Adminisration - although we'll propbably see some moonbat accuse the Bushies of letting him go.

Luis Clemente Faustino Posada Carriles (born February 15, 1928) is a Cuban born Venezuelan national, an anti-Fidel Castro militant, anti-communist para-military and former CIA operative. Posada has been accused of involvement in the 1976 bombing of a Cuban airliner which killed seventy-three people,[1] and has admitted to his involvement in other plots including a string of bombings in 1997 targeting fashionable Cuban hotels and nightspots.[2][3][4] In addition, he was jailed under accusations related to an assassination attempt on Fidel Castro in Panama in 2000, although he was later pardoned by the Panamanian authorities.[5][6]
Posada, nicknamed Bambi,[7] is regarded as a hero by some Cuban exiles hostile to the government in Havana. According to Pepe Hernandez, president of the Cuban American National Foundation, "He's been fighting one of the worst tyrannies this continent has experienced," Posada, who has denied involvement in the Cubana 455 bombing, insisted his "only objective was to fight for Cuba's freedom".[8]
In 2005, Posada was held by US authorities in Texas on the charge of illegal presence on national territory before being released on 19 April 2007, which elicited angry reactions from the Cuban and Venezuelan governments. [9] His release occured despite the U.S. Justice Department urging the court to keep him in jail because he was "an admitted mastermind of terrorist plots and attacks," a flight risk and a danger to the community.[4] Washington has refused Venezuela's demands for extradition.

He is bombing shit, BB. Killed innocent people. Sounds very similar to the "terroists" that we are fighting. If we expect the world to support us, don't you think we should walk the walk?

We expect other countries to hold terroists for us, even though they have committed no crime in that said country.

And I'm not accusing Bush of anything. Just think it is wrong. Not even sure who the judge was on the case.
