I thought it might be...

I am on GS right now, the bet went through. Hope they don't take some kind of action against me. I mean, +500 didn't seem that outlandish, it is a bet against the best team in the NBA...

Yes, after looking around more, SBG's line looks bad. What should I do now (if anything)?

I guess I'd only play the +500 side.

I would have tried to confirm the line first if I had an SBG account. You put yourself in spots betting bad lines, they can cancel after a GSW win, or try to.

they will take it they are not like that to leave a slightly soft prop up there and then cancel it. its good as gold, but its still an underdog play, Dallas will likely win 3 in a row form here.

It is my personal belief that there should be no such thing as "bad lines." The book has to be careful and do their homework, just like us...

I just don't want any reprecussions from betting the +500.

Then play the Dallas -215 and guarantee at least a break-even, and take a position on GS.

In other words, bet $430 on Dallas to win the series at bookmaker...

sbg will hold it, I see they have a $200 max to limt a soft prop line so that is that.

line now adjusted to -220 +170 so they have a couple $200 wagers on GS +500 slightly soft line that will be fine for them...

How could +500 sit there all day ?

Do they have a very small number of customers ?

An adjustment from +500 to +170 is, in my opinion, a pretty clear signal that the first line was an error and not just "slightly soft". What was the price for Dallas at the same book when GS was +500?
