You have about a $100,000 bankroll for sports? Sick, what do you do for a living?

unfortunately you must not have been following my selections since I started posting here. I won over 62% in hoops at 1 unit per play, and 95% of my MLB bases have been for ONE (1) unit, either risking the juice to win $1000, OR risking $1000 to win the PLUS $$$$$ on a dog. I have posted EVERY play y-t-d, and have kept an accurate record with the amount of units won. My y-t-d record is posted daily, and being up over 11 units going in to today is above my monthly goal of 10 units. May not seem like a lot, but 6 months * 10 units = 60 units at the end of the year, not a bad year IF I get there. Also by being up 11 units, a -160 fav is nothing.

I can attest to that. I have not always been vocal in your threads, but I lurk daily. The W-L record is legit.

Keep up the great work THW

As you can imagine, it's all relative, smartz. The juice is still 0.6 of the base amount on a -160 wager regardless of it being a base amount to win $10, $100, $1000.

I'm sure many of us have no qualms of betting $16 to win $10, but balk at making a -160 ML wager for $1,600 to win $1,000. It's nobody's fault as it's just perspective. Saying "big $600 of juice is pretty fucking insane" doesn't make sense unless you also agree that "puny $16 of juice --to win $10-- is pretty fucking insane", eh?

Ditto. I noticed THW early on & he was doing well-I've been following his plays daily & he has a no bullshit approach & it's working damn well. None of this 10, 25, 50 unit BS.....mostly 1 unit & a couple 2's.

Damn good job, THW is having more fun than this dog

no 6 dollars is not insane by any means its 6 dollars. I lay more juice than that on most bets. When I mean insane its because my unit sizes are much smaller so it'd be hard for me to imagine putting up 600 just for juice. I dont even wager more than 600 on most days. Im not knocking him for taking a favorite and personally i dont know why any of you took offense to that. If theres value in a play why shouldnt you lay the juice or take the +money.

It's all relative. Some play $10 a game, some $100, some $1000. It's the internet, so people tend to exaggerate their $$$, but I think it's much less likely in those who are "flat" players(very little unit variation).

+units is +units....that's all that matters
