i'm working as a manager in a big restaurant and this young girl is one of my employees. i'm maried and i know i shouldn't be doing this but i really like this girl...she is 18-20 yrs old, and i'm 33. she has a boyfriend and i'm not sure that she knows that i'm married. she is not a shy girl by any means but she is not looking (nor acting) like a golddigger either...she is kinda childlish, and asks hundreds of questions every day, and many times i ask myself 'why is she asking me this, she should know by now that i'm not supposed to know some of those answers...when i start flirting with her, her face gets red in a hurry.but looks like she likes that...any good advice or line that i could use to ask her to go out for a dinner or something...something funny ? help please as i really have hard time understanding this 'new generation' thanks !
You have serious issues. You are married and want to get involved with an 18-20 year old behind your wifes back. She probably gets red because she thinks it is creepy that her 33 year old boss is hitting on her. She probably goes home and laughs about it with all her friends to be honest.
