Add the following line to the end of C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts:
If the file doesn't exist, create an blank text file called "hosts" (NOT hosts.txt) and add the line to the newly created file.
Just remember to remove the line from the file once Don Best's DNS problems have been fixed.
