The FBI froze the U-S funds for Neteller, an online e-wallet used by some web gamblers for payment while the Bureau probes whether it's sending money to terrorists. Assemblyman Jeff Van Drew says too many worldwide gambling websites can potentially be used for money laundering, drug cartels and yes, terror. But Van Drew says if people have a safe, reliable and legal alternative, many will utilize it.
He suggests allowing A-C casinos and others in the U-S to operate gambling websites that can be carefully controlled and monitored.
