give respect to anyone that actually posts analysis with their plays as well. lots of successful cappers on here, buffetgambler, boxslayer, smartz, fivestar, choptalk, skinsraj, tomorrow's newspaper, Ramonskee, the list goes on. don't forget Bucsfan across the street. I'm forgetting others on here i'm sure, those were just off the top of my head.

Seconded. And that dude Dsethi. If I had to pick one it would be buffettgambler, but they're all sharp cappers.

Only really a few guys put their necks on the line every day. All are going to be hot or cold over this long season. Thing to ask is who is hot or cold, not so much who is sharper.

I think I am the sharpest guy here in baseball forum, I know pitching well, am a high level pitching coach that gives invidual instruction, and have won 10 bets in a row which includes a 180 underdog.

I know a lot don't like these type of threads but I would have to say Tomorrow's Newspaper because of the consistency from year to year.

Someone might have a say about this.

Buffetgambler is BY FAR the best MLB capper at the RX. If you doubt this then just look at his threads which contain detailed write ups and his documented record. There are others that are good but NONE are on his level.

Thanks for the vote Catpaws! There are a lot of good baseball cappers on this forum. If you stay here long enough and check it out on a daily basis you will find out who the better ones are....

Something that you/others should consider is:

http://forum.therx.com/showthread.php?p=4090351#post4090351

In particular, you/others should find/look for a person has is cash positive with a winning percentage that would equate being cash positive if based upon flat wagering, all the same, (for all practical purposes, 53+ percent is the number). On the other extreme, find a person who is in the red and going down faster than you can blink your eye. Just remember, cash or not, those who don't list have no right to complain about other's wins/losses.

While write-ups are nice, don't let that be the only reason why you're on a wager. For those who take the time needed for that, thank you but not everyone has the time for it.

Within the past week, I read a great (yes, I really used that word) thread that showed how the season was breaking down to date. In addition to leagues, they also broke down the favs/dogs and run-line. It's worth looking for.

Finally, if/when you find a play you like and others who are doing well are on it, don't go adding to your wager - it's a long season and there's no sense in breaking your account in the first month. BOL the rest of the season.
