That's exactly what I was thinking. He was KO'ed after one punch. They should have pulled the guy off when he was hitting him in the back of the head with the white kid motionless. Under normal conditions, you can get several years in prison for felony assault if you get into a fight in which you beat on somebody after they're unconcious.
