A decent day finally on Wednesday. We have a play on the early game...
Angels ML (-113)
As I said in another thread, Weaver looked GREAT on Saturday vs. the Sox and he just seems to be at 100% and seems to have regained his confidence. Meche is in a bad spot here. Good record vs. the Angels but his ERA vs. them and his numbers at Kauffman are bad. He's also been hit pretty hard by some of the guys on the Angels. Guerrero, Cabrera, Matthews, Quinlan, and Figgins are a combined 23/73 (.315) against Meche with 4 home runs and 15 RBIs.
I would've probably taken the Angels -1.5 but it's too low at +135 to risk losing by half a run and the Angels offense has been very inconsistent lately. I'll be back later on in the day with the plays for tonight.
