Important notice for customers wishing to fund gambling accounts from the US
Please note that ClickandBuy seeks to comply with national laws wherever possible and, with respect to gambling, we want to remind you that we do not permit our US-based customers to use their ClickandBuy account to fund transactions where gambling may be involved.
Before funding your ClickandBuy account please consider this fact as you may not be able to use the funds as you had intended.

How do I know if I am a US customer?
Our definition of a US customer is any ClickandBuy account holder who appears to originate from within the USA. For example, if your registered address is within the US, or you have a credit card that was issued by a bank located in the US, then we are likely to block your transaction.
What if I continue to fund my account regardless?
If you fund your ClickandBuy account and subsequently find you can’t spend the money at your favorite merchant, don’t worry! Your money is not wasted. If you choose, you can withdraw your funds back to your bank account (subject to a minimum withdrawal amount). Or perhaps you can find something else through another ClickandBuy merchant to spend your money on!
Why are US customers blocked?
The reason we block US customers from using funds for gambling is because of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), which came into force in 2006. If it is unlawful for you to fund such accounts we will support these laws in blocking access.
