So after cashing in large on the Royals and D-Rays yesterday as well as the Cubbies abbreviated RL today, I am ready for some more action. Baseball is one of the most profitable sport of all sports and I have made the most money in my gambling career betting on baseball. Alright so no it's time to bring you guys some plays of the day. Here we go:

BALTIMORE ORIOLES ML -128

The Cleveland Indians are always one of the most dangerous teams to fade in baseball but I think it's safe to say that coming off that swep the Blue Jays, they are most definitely one of the best fades of the night. Not only that, the Orioles send their ace lefty to the mound tonight and I think he is about to have a great game. Cleveland has not been playing or pitching all that well and the Blue Jays were in a position to win each and everyone one of those games in the three game sweep. What most of you don't know is that Cleveland is hitting only .222 versus left handed pitchers this season and that's big time trouble tonight. Erik Bedard is on the mound for the Orioles and although he has been crushed in his last three starts, the bats have been right there to back him up and tonight should be no different. Paul Byrd has never been the kind of pitcher you can trust on the road and that won't change here. Byrd is 2-1 on the season and has pitched pretty well but I don't like this spot at all against a Baltimore lineup that is overdue to break out the big bats. I mean they are hitting .229 as a team in their last 10 games which is why the line is so low for Bedard. Like I said before, the Indians have not won many games when Byrd is the starter on the road and some of these dormant Baltimore bats should have no problems tagging him all night. The one and only time you should ever place any kind of money on Baltimore is when their ace Bedard is on the mound because he is always game to keep things close. Bedard and he bats are both off to rough starts this season but May has arrived and it time to turn things around. In six career starts versus the Indians, Bedard is 2-0, has never taken a loss and the Indians are batting only .233 versus the Canadian lefty. Byrd on the other hand is 1-4 versus Baltimore in five career starts and the Orioles have hit .276 against him. Like I said before, the Indians struggle against lefties and I love the price here. GO ORIOLES!
