I think this is a classic case of De La Hoya being doubted like he has been in the past. Every time people doubt De La Hoya he wins the fight and every time he fights a loud mouth punk he ends up winning the fight... Every time he is doubted he ends up pulling it out. Never gets the respect of these guys he fights but always seems to pull it out...

I like De La Hoya +170 what do you think?

Speaking of classics on ESPN right now Bowe-Holyfield 2 is on the fight where the man parachutes in to the ring during round 7.

I wish I could bet this but I just can't decide.
I think the over looks to good, probably just paranoid.

DLH small/med play & the draw would be very nice

This is it for him-his one shot(or is it...lol). Mayweather already said that he'd fight a rematch if it was a good fight that the public loved(do you feel the hand job yet?). This is the best thing boxing has going for it right now.

Mayweather's fragile hands
DLH got to chose the gloves-and of course chose the worst for PBF
2 of 3 judges are the same as in DLH-Witaker...Aggressiveness wins
Toss in a seriously pro DLH crowd on 5/5 in Vegas, and I think we have a hell of a fight & a full blown race war on the strip afterwards.

to quote wesly snipes in passenger 57 " always bet black"

you're a scam artist, you're terrible, and you fail to correctly answer 5th grade math questions. other than that, i hope you're doing smashing.

I think Mayweather comes out quick, wears himself out a bit in the first round or two...then De La Hoya pounds Mayweather for a few rounds....then pretty even until late when De La Hoya possibly knocks Mayweather down and eventually wins, just can't decide if its a KO or decision

Can't say I like that one GM, but "down" can be used pretty loosely.

Disclaimer: I know nothing about boxing.

I can see this fight going the distance. Neither fighter is well known for knockouts and I might just have to bet the over 11.5 rounds.

I can't see anything but a Maywether decision - now it's boxing - and the sports has not had a meaningful fight in like how many years - so a draw is a possibility.

I heard Sean Sherk is sitting front row - probably bullsit though.

Same here, although I'm not a boxing expert by any means.

Floyd to win big but a little on Oscar by KO. Anybody can get caught. May add some on the draw too near fight time.
