The money being flipped above is what you would have lost. This is the problem with these huge exotic boxes. You can "win" and still lose. If you can't win betting straight, and maybe with selected exactas, you can't win with these strung out bets.
(OK, you can win with them - the same way the little old lady from Dubuque can win at a Vegas slot, by hitting huge within 10 minutes of sitting down, taking her money, and never going back. But we know the horse better will toss it all back on more humougous exotics, will boast about his "huge win" when it happens, but long term will help support the high lifestyle of his bookmakers.)
(In fact, odds are less than even money that the lady from Dubuque will be back for more.)

son... i know how to bet horses.......the derby at best is a crapshoot....
i took the best cappers selections (BOOKMAKERS AND PLAYERS BTW)
and combined the picks....yes if the shorter price horses get there....it doesnt pan out.....but thats ok.....

Clearly, you do not know how to WIN beting horses.
Let us know when you're gonna string together another 10 or 12 horse boxes, tris, etc. Should be a lot fewer horses in the Preakness - just string 'em all together in one of your Compulsive Gambler Specials.
