total debacle to go out 35th. I was in good shape with 40 left, figured I'd cruise in, then nohting right happened, usually there are a couple horrible players who bust out making stupid plays that they shouldnt be doing in a sat like this and that didnt happen. I couldnt steal do to thebig stack on my right raising every hand and the big stack 2 to my left who would reshove over me a lot. I was in a horrible spot. so so sick, go out with 99 vs J4 and T9, T flops, if i hold there I most def make it

sorry about your bubble loss, but it is a little bit reassuring that you do not cash every time.

DAMN MATT ... dont give up ... u are to good to put up 10k yourself

Yes he is.

I finished 42nd out 771 last night for a WSOP seat last night at gutshot.com

I was short stacked at 6900 chips, down to 45 players, had A-9 suited, it was now or never time, pushed all in, one caller had Q-Q, could not catch the A or 3 hearts.

Keep at it Matt !

I thought that the WSOP was not allowing all of the .com satellite buy-ins this year. How are the poker sites getting around that this year? Or did Harrah's realize how ridiculous it would be to not allow them and come to their senses?

11k into your account, they don't register you. WSOP will be way smaller this year, Harrahs won't make near as much money as last year

So you're free to use the 11k as you wish?

I'm guessing the extra dime is for accomodations, airfare, etc.?

Matt, I dont think that the $11,000 goes in to the account. last year the WSOP didnt allow internet preregistrations either. You had to go to Vegas and meet POKER STARS and then they would pay it for you in person.

This year is the same, unless you have won 2 times the seat at the same site. I know that one guy has won 5 WSOP seats on stars already

not much, as after I bust out of tourneys, I'll probably opt go hang out with friends, maybe play a few online tourneys and go out and what not. But if I do, I'll be playing 100/200 limit at Bellagio or Rio(if they can get it running)

I dont know alot about you Matt, just from reading this thread, but it sounds like you are pretty good at poker. How much have you won/lost playing online?
