Just read up more on the fight, didnt know that the ref killed himself shortly after the fight.

The ref took some blame for kims death some say he should of stopped it sooner thats why I was hoping to see it again even though it was a terrible event.

Me too. Great fight.....unfortunate ending. Got to see that fight after the Bullets led by Spencer Haywood beat the Knicks and Bernard King!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not like he died in the ring. It was a great fight with a very shitty ending. That's what can happen in combat sports though. I see nothing wrong with replaying a fight that is what, over 20 years old now.

Exactly. Many of my heroes have passed on! Maybe a year or so after the fight it would have been a little soon but now, he went out with the heart of a champion! Well done Kim Sun Saeng Nim!
