Square books beg nightly for Washington National action

I have bet all 3 major and both college sports all year and haven't seen a team get less respect from the square books. The books put out great prices nightly on them.

Needless to say I am on the Nationals nightly.

not if they are paying +250 or so, which they are not.

It is all about price and every team has a price. I do have them tonite +200. We shall see

I understand the value concept & that every team has a price, but this team is still a piece of shit that should probably be +300.

I am with you on this. I think you have to pick your spots as to when you actually play them, but betting against them isn't the bargain everyone thinks it is. Will catch up to everyone eventually.

The lineup is quietly pretty deep and dangerous. Lot of guys know how to hit. What they are missing is enough legitimate power, but they have a serviceable national league lineup.

Nats still blow, didn't exactly beat the '27 Yankees this week. Really says more about how far Baltimore has fallen. Tons of empty seats in the Beltway Series.

"Blow" is a strong word. For a team that doesn't have one pitcher in the starting rotation from the beginning of the season, I'd say they're doing a heck of a job.

Chico is the only pitcher that has lasted from their original rotation when they broke from spring training.

So far the Nats have beaten Santana, Peavy and Smoltz, that's pretty impressive in my opinion.
