Is that up to 3 weeks regardless of whether it is requested via regular mail or by courier? Thanks.

It realy does not matter, you are looking at up to 21 days unless you want to use Western Union (BODOG offers one free WU withdrawal weekly).

Wilheim: Could you assist with my withdraw please? It has been 5, going on 6 weeks and I have not see anything yet. :-( I get the same excuses that they can only process a few checks a day and mine should arrive soon. I got the same excuses for the last three weeks.

thanks,

I had just asked for a payout yesterday and after reading this I'm on the phone with themn right now asking for a WU payout instead. Will let you know what happens. I can't believe they do it for free.

They just told me they've already told the 3rd party processor to issue the check so they won't send it out by WU.

Remember this, if you want a WU payout at Bodog, you have to click on the Money Transfer box in their payouts section. They are saying it will take 10 days to get the money. Believe it or not, they told me the processor is in the United States.

A couple of things I have learned over the last several months working with books trying to expidite withdrawals is they are definitely erring on the high side when it comes to advertising process times. BODOG saying it will take 10 days (I assume this is for a WU) is a perfect example.

When discussing your business for making the call with a "pick up the phone to begin a call CSD clerk" you should simply try to get your business taken care of and not play 20 questions.

Most CSD clerks are trained to do a job which is limited in what they are tought, their knowledge of things like where a processor bank is located is at best questionable in nature. I am not demeaning these people in any way they do an important job and are on the front line having to deal with all kinds of players some not so patient or courteous. Asking questions like where is your processor bank located is kind of like asking a wagering clerk who he likes today (happens a lot), IMO a waste of time.

Wagering clerks are trained how to write players bets, give rundowns and give out balances but not pick winners, low level CSD service clerks are trained up to a point to help players deposit and withdraw but ther overall knowledge of the more complicated company operations is very limited.

Just to let everyone know, after six weeks , my checks finally arrived. They were broken down to smaller amount and luckily I did not discard one of the check that I received last week.

There were no info as to what or who it came from. The amount wasn't correct but I keep the check anyway until yesterday when I saw the rest of the checks that came together in one package. I took out the other check and sure enough it was from the same processor. I added all the checks and it came out to the amount that I requested.

So as far as receiving your money, I guess it's better late than never. :)

Thanks wil for trying to help.

OK...just when I thought everything was good, I got an email from Bodog telling me not to cash the checks. WHAt THE @#$@#!!!!! I already deposited and now found out that my bank is charging me a fee for each check that was returned. After waiting for 6 weeks and they still say not to cash the checks is unacceptable!!!

Wilheim: If you read this, please check this out for me. I believe you have my information already. Now i'm really beginning to think twice about bodog or should I say "bocrap"!!!
