Is Keno legal in your state at your local bars and restaurants?

About 4 years ago (maybe longer) Keno became legalized in bars and restaurants in my home state (Michigan).

I can't beleive how many people play this game. The odds are teribbile.

I am all about legalized gambling but just a little surprised in the popularity of this "state" sponsored game.

Was wondering how many other states have this in their bars and restaurants?

not in florida .

but when i was in georgia for the masters , i played 2 tickets at a local bar.

every 4 minutes here there is a drawing. Not sure but I think it is like 11am till midnite or so, would have to check on that.

Legal in NYS.....its called QuickDraw.....once hit a 5 spot for 300 (5 out of 5 for a dollar game)....the odds are awful, your right.....there is no Keno in Florida where I now live

drawing every 5 minutes in NYS.....with a break in the action from 3-4pm....ends at midnight as well

They have it here in Massachusetts at a lot of bars. Like others have said, the odds are terrible. Basically, you have to plan on losing half of your money right off the top. And usually most of the other half also.

Go figure, it's hard to beat and state sponsored....legal here as well...if you go into any bar during the afternoon you see all kinds of people glued to those Keno screens....all suckers.

I believe it goes from 7:30 AM to 1:45 AM Ice. Figured it must do well on your side of the state. I see very few play it here as we can get to the Indiana casinos in a half hour.

i guy sitting next to me hit for 16k about 3 months ago
i regularly lose but still play out of boredom
the payouts are horrible, i hit 7 out of 9 #s and won like 200
hit for 1k last month, by far the most ive ever won at it on one ticket

Had it in Oregon for years. Have yet to try it. Cracks me up seeing some fool at the convenience store sitting around playing keno and talking to the clerk with his 64oz pepsi and slim jim.

Oregon budget is completely addicted to gambling revenue. It's so bad, they recently added "line games." That's code for slot machines. Pathetic.
